In addition, when I contacted the developers about something I couldn't figure out, I got a very friendly and prompt reply and they solved my problem and even made a little video showing me how to do it.

Less than a day after ordering and installing the The Wordpress Ultimate CSV Importer Pro plugin, it was clear that it didn't have even a third of the features claimed. The Wordpress Ultimate CSV Importer Pro plugin does not work and this was obvious from the moment it was installed by our web designer. We've asked for a refund, but Smackcoders have not complied. Smackcoders offer a Verizon cell number as their point of contact, but no on answers the phone - ever. The purport to have a US address, Smackcoders Inc, 2093 Philadelphia Pike #7877, Claymont, DE 19703 No such unit exists at that street address. This company is a total sham.
