Smackcoders are the worst type of rip-off artists. Smackcoders are the worst type of rip-off artists. Less than a day after ordering and installing the The Wordpress Ultimate CSV Importer Pro plugin, it was clear that it didn't have even a third of the features claimed. The Wordpress Ultimate CSV Importer Pro plugin does not work and this was obvious from the moment it was installed by our web designer. We've asked for a refund, but Smackcoders have not complied. Smackcoders offer a Verizon cell number as their point of contact, but no on answers the phone - ever. The purport to have a US address, Smackcoders Inc, 2093 Philadelphia Pike #7877, Claymont, DE 19703 No such unit exists at that street address. This company is a total sham.

I purchased a Xero vTiger extension… I purchased a Xero vTiger extension from Smackcoders last year. It didn't work. 6 months later it still doesn't work despite taking the time and effort to build them a staging server. I paid them almost $500 for a working product, not realising I was actually hiring them to try to develop a product at my expense. Their software is clearly not suitable for business use. They appear to be amateurs trying their luck. Avoid at all costs.
