This company repeatedly billed my… This company repeatedly billed my credit card after I requested cancellation of services. After I contacted a rep (Abbey Adams), who confirmed my cancellation request (12/21/23) I was still billed a month later for my full monthly amount, and a pro-rated amount in addition to the recurring monthly amount. Clearly there is an issue with their accounting software.
