Boostlingo is the greatest thing since… Boostlingo is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I've been using it for six months now. I am always connect with a translator within 30 seconds and my clients absolutely love it because they don't have to wait for a friend or relative to become available or hire their own translator. They can come into my office at any time and I have a translator available for them. It is also a great profit center. Just like any other expense we pass it through to the client so that it not only pays for itself but leaves enough left over so that we can use it for those clients who cannot afford to pay. This company repeatedly billed my… This company repeatedly billed my credit card after I requested cancellation of services. After I contacted a rep (Abbey Adams), who confirmed my cancellation request (12/21/23) I was still billed a month later for my full monthly amount, and a pro-rated amount in addition to the recurring monthly amount. Clearly there is an issue with their accounting software.

Amazing Service From the beginning it was a smooth transition into using the service. Sales, training and billing are always there to answer questions and help you when you need it. Staff who use the service love it because it's easy to set up on the desk top and phone.
