GBExcellent Software for Nonprofits This product is excellent for nonprofit organizations that need good software to manage their books. The program is intuitive and entries are very easy to make. There are a large number of reports available to prepare for any date range you choose. The reconcilement option helps ensure your entries are accurate. The old program we used for our books was outdated and not user friendly. I switched to Money Minder this year after taking over as Treasurer of our PTA and it was glorious. It is so user friendly and very easy to use. Their customer service is great, and the live chat function connects you to a real person who is able to help you immediately. It has been a great addition for our PTA!

GBOur condo Association is in it's fourth year with MoneyMinder. Our condo Association is in it's fourth year using the MoneyMinder software. The software is very user friendly, one wouldn't need an accounting background to use the product. The very competent staff is very prompt and helpful when questions arise. Additionally, when confronted with an accounting allocation problem, the senior staff was very helpful in walking me through the issues involved, saving our association a great deal of money.

This was very new for me but they walked me through it with such patience and kindness. They are very knowledgeable and made it a wonderful experience for me. GBLove MoneyMinder! I have been involved in non-profit and volunteer organizations for over 30 years and have used many types of software to track accounting, MoneyMinder has by far been the best and most user friendly that I have experienced. I like that I can give others access (with different limitations) , how easy it is to set up a budget, the ease of tracking income and expenses and the number of reports that can be generated. Creating a Treasurer's Report for meetings is a snap and also easy to create a PDF to send out to board members. I also like the ease of filing taxes with their Tax Forms feature. My group also uses Store for events that we hold. We have the ability to set up stores to sell registrations and merchandise and can link these to our banking. We also use Bank Integration to allow us to import transactions from our bank, this makes reconciling our account so much easier! Another great feature is LiveChat when I need help and the Help Center with FAQ help sheets is great. I highly recommend MoneyMinder!
