GBUsing MoneyMinder’s resources, the finances of the club have never been so transparent and organized. I was in finance for 40 years, retired and agreed to help a local civic club as its new treasurer. Just as I started with the club, the out-going treasurer said he was going to move the club into MoneyMinder, so I had the task of moving the club's finances into this new venture. I can't say enough good things about how well the club's and my experience has been over the 3 years of getting started with MoneyMinder to where we are now. The site is so easy to use and maintain. MoneyMinder's help is literally at my fingertips and has been spot on in a caring way every time I needed the help. Using MoneyMinder’s resources, the finances of the club have never been so transparent and organized. This is a service that was made for organizations like us and it has not let us down.

GBWe started MoneyMinder in July of 2023 We started MoneyMinder in July of 2023. As the association treasurer, I've been posting income and expenses since 1987 for the Hayward Park Estates Association. I am not an accountant by any means. The key to MoneyMinder's success is the Chat Agents: Amanda, Traci, Luk..They are experienced and patient in guiding me through the different processes. I'm still learning the system.

GBGreat support and knowledge Jules, Traci, and the rest of the crew are great. They helped me get our HOA books and payment system set up. This was very new for me but they walked me through it with such patience and kindness. They are very knowledgeable and made it a wonderful experience for me. GBOur condo Association is in it's fourth year with MoneyMinder. Our condo Association is in it's fourth year using the MoneyMinder software. The software is very user friendly, one wouldn't need an accounting background to use the product. The very competent staff is very prompt and helpful when questions arise. Additionally, when confronted with an accounting allocation problem, the senior staff was very helpful in walking me through the issues involved, saving our association a great deal of money.

GBThe support team (Luke specifically!)… The support team (Luke specifically!) was absolutely amazing. They worked patiently with me to figure out the problem we were having, and stayed on the phone to make sure all aspects were properly connected. Setting up an appointment was easier than waiting online for hours, and they called promptly and were super helpful.
