My experience with Interserver is… My experience with Interserver is great! When I moved from my previous hosting to Interserver they made experience seamless. The customer support and their admin team are very responsive and will go a long way to help you solve the problem you're facing with your website or hosting issues. I really appreciate the support they have given me in resolving WordPress cloning issues and restoring my website after 403 forbidden error. It means a lot to me.. I highly recommend them if you're looking for affordable hosting platform with good customer support.

Support is eh When ordering the server, the support didn't know if they were using water cooling or overclocking. I decided to proceed with the purchase anyway, even though I knew support would be an issue. It didn't matter because I can handle everything on my own. On their website, it says that it will take 24 hours to provision a server. I ended up on the Live Chat asking when it would be done after 24 hours, and they said to give them 24-48 hours. I ended up doing so and created a ticket to see the progress. The server was delayed because they were on a backlog of orders, so they gave a refund. The backend seems messy, and the team seems all over the place.

I fully trust the Interserver support… I fully trust the Interserver support team. They have helped me for more than 7 years, and, from there, we have been able to grow a lot. It is an excellent service, they solve any type of requirement. If they cannot do it due to coverage or scope of the contract, they give you instructions so that you can resolve it, but they ALWAYS help you to continue with your work. I love you guys!
