GBSupport is eh When ordering the server, the support didn't know if they were using water cooling or overclocking. I decided to proceed with the purchase anyway, even though I knew support would be an issue. It didn't matter because I can handle everything on my own. On their website, it says that it will take 24 hours to provision a server. I ended up on the Live Chat asking when it would be done after 24 hours, and they said to give them 24-48 hours. I ended up doing so and created a ticket to see the progress. The server was delayed because they were on a backlog of orders, so they gave a refund. The backend seems messy, and the team seems all over the place.

ZASuch an awesome surprising experience Such an awesome surprising service. Something quite different from the norm. Great Admin Panel interface,(I love it), outstanding email support, surprisingly gorgeous signup procedure, though I was kick back a few times. Super fast turn around time after signup. Simply a great hosting company and service overall. Truly different from what's available. Hopefully, this is it for me, when it comes to hosting.

COI fully trust the Interserver support… I fully trust the Interserver support team. They have helped me for more than 7 years, and, from there, we have been able to grow a lot. It is an excellent service, they solve any type of requirement. If they cannot do it due to coverage or scope of the contract, they give you instructions so that you can resolve it, but they ALWAYS help you to continue with your work. I love you guys!

GBIt's been 4 days... It's been 4 days and my dedicated server has still not been set up. They're support team is useless. They just keep telling me "I have escalated this with our hardware team"
