GRClear and direct information without… Clear and direct information without much technical jargon, at least for the questions I asked. Really helpful.

DEHorrible Customer Service Imagine you want to reset a password (@t-online.de), but you can't because the email never hits your inbox. (Possibly due to blacklist or bad configuration). This is a critical issue when customers don't receive invoices or login-related emails. The support team has absolutely no idea and is not helpful at all.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. I used them to buy the domain name then signed up for the Wix package. The domain would not connect with Wix. Support just sent email after email pushing me to contact Wix (which I did and they confirmed that Name.com needed to take care of the issue). Over and over I sent screenshots of the problem and they just keep you in the loop of "so sorry you are having the problem" with directions to fix the problem that was irrelevant to to the problem I am having. This has been going on for weeks. Requested my money back for the Wix package and they won't return it because it is passed the 14 days even though I started a ticket to get the issue resolved. I am not one to post reviews but beware!

CHname.com registers new criminal phising… name.com registers new criminal phising websites every minute...they are phing websites to scam facebook business customers...i have been reporting all these phing websites for weeks...and new ones are added every day, every hour and every minute. name.com is probably part of this criminal organization
