I have already taken all my clients out of ADP/Paychex and put them in Payroll Relief. I now collect the fees that they would charge the client. User Interface is far easier than ADP/Paychex. I highly recommend adding Payroll Relief if you are seeking addition revenue for your firm.

GBMostly good. As a new payroll service provider, we've needed lots of support the first year. Mostly it's been good, but sometimes uneven. I've had excellent support reps, able to definitively answer questions, and then one or two others that are more hesitant. Also get frustrated when there's a long wait, only to be followed with a message, 'leave a message, we'll call you back.' That just doesn't work for me! Availability of chat support is also uneven.
