Muvi has a lot of potential Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

The support team always tries to understand and respond to our expectations, then they give us a clear instruction in details with some snapshots, article links, and videos. If needed, they also have a video call meeting, and that helps our communications with the support team.
