They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

It easier to do customization to the website and launch your business. Through CMS it is easy to setup website, create new pages, integrate payment gateways, uppload video and enable smooth journey for customers. They are reachable over tickets and thier responses are fast and accurate. What do you dislike about Muvi ============================== There could be more templates which are generic and not only digital entertainment specific. Lack of more start up friendly payment gateways like razorpay.

Seems to be in a CMS from the early 2000s The service is not bad, except that it seems to be in a CMS from the early 2000s. Support is fast, but it often happens that they don't understand my requests and bots respond. Lots of features mixed in and that often don't make much sense and template editor that doesn't allow you to create aesthetically beautiful video platforms.

Great OTT Platform The platform worked seamlessly on all TV and mobile devices. Content Management Interface was also easy to understand. The team was flexible to develop custom features for us. The default user interface is good , but i would suggest modernizing the interface.

Lots of useful features with a reasonable pricing It supports almost all the necessary and useful features that one can think of before launching an OTT website and/or Mobile and TV apps. The ability to design my website, add multiple languages and payment gateways are something that I like the most. In case I need something extra, I can request for the same and that gets added. The well written help articles and access to support team over chat/tickets makes it easy to resolve queries quickly.
