Muvi has a lot of potential Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

Let's just say if we could give it 10 stars we would! We don't usually write reviews but this one is an exception. We've used and also researched a lot of platforms in the video streaming market for our business for a while but not a single one can offer the services and features that MUVI provides. It has been the best experience working with the support team led by Chidananda. They are responsive, solution-focused, and most importantly empathic. The most unique and special function while using the platform is the ability to customize many sub-features and settings to work with your needs without having to deal with coding or developer's technical knowledge.
