The support team always tries to understand and respond to our expectations, then they give us a clear instruction in details with some snapshots, article links, and videos. If needed, they also have a video call meeting, and that helps our communications with the support team. We are very glad that now we are making an awesome platform, thanks to MUVI's great solution and support!

Muvi has a lot of potential Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

Great features and flexible pricing We wanted a solution for our clients to monetize their video/live content. We tried Brightcove, Vimeo, Dacast, etc. but nothing really solved our need. Muvi has a feature-rich platform that includes everything you could think of. We tried the free trial and it was super cool to use Muvi. We had a really positive experience using Muvi for around a year. Some of the pros and cons according to our experience: Pros: 1. Have 10x more features compared to alternatives. 2. Flexible and affordable pricing 3. No technical experience is required. User-friendly design. 4. Customer support is very helpful. They even provide customization to the platform. 5. Supports almost all platforms (tv, mobile, website, etc.) Cons: 1. Paid customizations will take more time than expected.
