They are reachable over tickets and thier responses are fast and accurate. What do you dislike about Muvi ============================== There could be more templates which are generic and not only digital entertainment specific. Lack of more start up friendly payment gateways like razorpay.

Lots of useful features with a reasonable pricing It supports almost all the necessary and useful features that one can think of before launching an OTT website and/or Mobile and TV apps.
