Great OTT Platform The platform worked seamlessly on all TV and mobile devices. Content Management Interface was also easy to understand. The team was flexible to develop custom features for us. The default user interface is good , but i would suggest modernizing the interface.

The support team always tries to understand and respond to our expectations, then they give us a clear instruction in details with some snapshots, article links, and videos. If needed, they also have a video call meeting, and that helps our communications with the support team. Muvi has a lot of potential Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.
