My great experience with muvi My story began three years ago, during the pandemic. I am a teacher who create educational video for student and sell them online. I was using zoom for that purpose but I faced a problem that my content was screen recorded and published on the Internet, so I looked for a company to protect my content and prevent the screen recording, movie did a great job with that with the best price ever. I would rate my experience with the movie as a five star for sure, their team the solution they provide, and the product is the best , also whenever I face a problem or I need help, there’s support team is always there for help. Lots of useful features with a reasonable pricing It supports almost all the necessary and useful features that one can think of before launching an OTT website and/or Mobile and TV apps. The ability to design my website, add multiple languages and payment gateways are something that I like the most. In case I need something extra, I can request for the same and that gets added. The well written help articles and access to support team over chat/tickets makes it easy to resolve queries quickly.

Muvi has a lot of potential Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

Great OTT Platform The platform worked seamlessly on all TV and mobile devices. Content Management Interface was also easy to understand. The team was flexible to develop custom features for us. The default user interface is good , but i would suggest modernizing the interface.
