Great OTT Platform The platform worked seamlessly on all TV and mobile devices. Content Management Interface was also easy to understand. The team was flexible to develop custom features for us. The default user interface is good , but i would suggest modernizing the interface.

It has been the best experience working with the support team led by Chidananda. They are responsive, solution-focused, and most importantly empathic. The most unique and special function while using the platform is the ability to customize many sub-features and settings to work with your needs without having to deal with coding or developer's technical knowledge. Muvi has a lot of potential Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.
