The support team always tries to understand and respond to our expectations, then they give us a clear instruction in details with some snapshots, article links, and videos. If needed, they also have a video call meeting, and that helps our communications with the support team. Great features and flexible pricing We wanted a solution for our clients to monetize their video/live content. We tried Brightcove, Vimeo, Dacast, etc. but nothing really solved our need. Muvi has a feature-rich platform that includes everything you could think of. We tried the free trial and it was super cool to use Muvi. We had a really positive experience using Muvi for around a year. Some of the pros and cons according to our experience: Pros: 1. Have 10x more features compared to alternatives. 2. Flexible and affordable pricing 3. No technical experience is required. User-friendly design. 4. Customer support is very helpful. They even provide customization to the platform. 5. Supports almost all platforms (tv, mobile, website, etc.) Cons: 1. Paid customizations will take more time than expected.

Lots of useful features with a reasonable pricing It supports almost all the necessary and useful features that one can think of before launching an OTT website and/or Mobile and TV apps. The ability to design my website, add multiple languages and payment gateways are something that I like the most. In case I need something extra, I can request for the same and that gets added. The well written help articles and access to support team over chat/tickets makes it easy to resolve queries quickly.
