We have found them to be extremely understanding and helpful during the development of our platform. Their response time is very quick and they have resolved all our issues speedily. Support is fast, but it often happens that they don't understand my requests and bots respond. Lots of features mixed in and that often don't make much sense and template editor that doesn't allow you to create aesthetically beautiful video platforms.

Muvi has a lot of potential Muvi has a lot of potential, but falls well short in execution of promised delivery of services. Customer service is awful and very inconsistent. They have no problem taking your money even though they haven't corrected issues which cause current customers to cancel subscriptions.

Great experience We are using Muvi platform for over 4 years for our streaming platform and we are very satisfied with the overall experience. Feature-rich platform with a lot of options to customize. Support is always available and quickly resolves if there are any issues. We use multiple languages and payment gateways.
