Let's just say if we could give it 10 stars we would! We don't usually write reviews but this one is an exception. We've used and also researched a lot of platforms in the video streaming market for our business for a while but not a single one can offer the services and features that MUVI provides. It has been the best experience working with the support team led by Chidananda. They are responsive, solution-focused, and most importantly empathic. The most unique and special function while using the platform is the ability to customize many sub-features and settings to work with your needs without having to deal with coding or developer's technical knowledge. Great features and flexible pricing We wanted a solution for our clients to monetize their video/live content. We tried Brightcove, Vimeo, Dacast, etc. but nothing really solved our need. Muvi has a feature-rich platform that includes everything you could think of. We tried the free trial and it was super cool to use Muvi. We had a really positive experience using Muvi for around a year. Some of the pros and cons according to our experience: Pros: 1. Have 10x more features compared to alternatives. 2. Flexible and affordable pricing 3. No technical experience is required. User-friendly design. 4. Customer support is very helpful. They even provide customization to the platform. 5. Supports almost all platforms (tv, mobile, website, etc.) Cons: 1. Paid customizations will take more time than expected.

Great experience We are using Muvi platform for over 4 years for our streaming platform and we are very satisfied with the overall experience. Feature-rich platform with a lot of options to customize. Support is always available and quickly resolves if there are any issues. We use multiple languages and payment gateways.

Great OTT Platform The platform worked seamlessly on all TV and mobile devices. Content Management Interface was also easy to understand. The team was flexible to develop custom features for us. The default user interface is good , but i would suggest modernizing the interface.

Lots of useful features with a reasonable pricing It supports almost all the necessary and useful features that one can think of before launching an OTT website and/or Mobile and TV apps. The ability to design my website, add multiple languages and payment gateways are something that I like the most. In case I need something extra, I can request for the same and that gets added. The well written help articles and access to support team over chat/tickets makes it easy to resolve queries quickly.
