We are an OTT Film Festival that is online and when we were looking for private labeled solutions, MUVI really met requirements from all aspects. First, the functionality that MUVI provided was 100% suitable for what we were looking for. Second, the pricing was very attractive. Great features and flexible pricing We wanted a solution for our clients to monetize their video/live content. We tried Brightcove, Vimeo, Dacast, etc. but nothing really solved our need. Muvi has a feature-rich platform that includes everything you could think of. We tried the free trial and it was super cool to use Muvi. We had a really positive experience using Muvi for around a year. Some of the pros and cons according to our experience: Pros: 1. Have 10x more features compared to alternatives. 2. Flexible and affordable pricing 3. No technical experience is required. User-friendly design. 4. Customer support is very helpful. They even provide customization to the platform. 5. Supports almost all platforms (tv, mobile, website, etc.) Cons: 1. Paid customizations will take more time than expected.

MUVI Always Try to Make Our Platform Better and Better! MUVI provides many features we need to create a video and audio platform, we really appreciate MUVI's courteous support! The support team always tries to understand and respond to our expectations, then they give us a clear instruction in details with some snapshots, article links, and videos. If needed, they also have a video call meeting, and that helps our communications with the support team. It easier to do customization to the website and launch your business. Through CMS it is easy to setup website, create new pages, integrate payment gateways, uppload video and enable smooth journey for customers. They are reachable over tickets and thier responses are fast and accurate. What do you dislike about Muvi ============================== There could be more templates which are generic and not only digital entertainment specific. Lack of more start up friendly payment gateways like razorpay.

Lots of useful features with a reasonable pricing It supports almost all the necessary and useful features that one can think of before launching an OTT website and/or Mobile and TV apps. The ability to design my website, add multiple languages and payment gateways are something that I like the most. In case I need something extra, I can request for the same and that gets added. The well written help articles and access to support team over chat/tickets makes it easy to resolve queries quickly.
