The support team always tries to understand and respond to our expectations, then they give us a clear instruction in details with some snapshots, article links, and videos. If needed, they also have a video call meeting, and that helps our communications with the support team. Great features and flexible pricing We wanted a solution for our clients to monetize their video/live content. We tried Brightcove, Vimeo, Dacast, etc. but nothing really solved our need. Muvi has a feature-rich platform that includes everything you could think of. We tried the free trial and it was super cool to use Muvi. We had a really positive experience using Muvi for around a year. Some of the pros and cons according to our experience: Pros: 1. Have 10x more features compared to alternatives. 2.
