GBLet's just say if we could give it 10 stars we would! We don't usually write reviews but this one is an exception. We've used and also researched a lot of platforms in the video streaming market for our business for a while but not a single one can offer the services and features that MUVI provides. It has been the best experience working with the support team led by Chidananda. They are responsive, solution-focused, and most importantly empathic. The most unique and special function while using the platform is the ability to customize many sub-features and settings to work with your needs without having to deal with coding or developer's technical knowledge. GBNearly unusable I'm a professional web developer and I was hired by a client to create a Muvi account for them. The whole platform is so bad it's nearly unusable. I recommend to avoid it at all costs. I was working from a built-in template. I thought it would be easy to make some changes. Aesthetic CSS changes are easy enough to make as they give you access to the template files. The template is completely inflexible - your website will NOT look how you want it. If visuals are not important to you, then by all means use Muvi. If you are looking for a professional looking website, then avoid avoid avoid. Muvi comes with a "Visual Editor", which I think is supposed to be similar to Wix, Webflow etc.. It is not. It does not work, not one bit. You can not edit anything with it. Customer service When you choose to engage with the constant live chat popups, you are greeted with people with fake names and stock images. They provide no help whatsoever other than linking to support articles. They always direct you to submit a ticket, which from experience they can take days to come back to you from. I had a serious issue - my film costs were not showing. Pretty crucial to the running of the site. I was told to submit a ticket, which like I said, can take days to get resolved - leaving this client another few days without the site up and live. Your site will be littered with warnings and bits of text that make no sense, and you can't change. I was really disappointed in this product, 100%. Considering prices START at $400/month, Muvi really need to up their game. AVOID

ITSeems to be in a CMS from the early 2000s The service is not bad, except that it seems to be in a CMS from the early 2000s. Support is fast, but it often happens that they don't understand my requests and bots respond. Lots of features mixed in and that often don't make much sense and template editor that doesn't allow you to create aesthetically beautiful video platforms.
