Amazing Time Saver I've been using Work Hero for about five months. Their work is amazing. I have to admit that I was skeptical about turning over my web development and maintenance to an outsourcing company. But they have proven themselves to be an essential part of my team. Their work is fast, efficient, and professional. I am amazed at the quality of the website development. They continue to surprise me with beautiful sites and redesigns. Super disappointed My first literal message to the founder and what happened "Someone on your end deactivated our premium wp rocket, installed nitro pack and it got down our website completely. We have several 100k daily unique, and I lost quite a bit of money tonite. This is the second time that someone on your end deactivated wp rocket without approval. I just hired a dev to fix it after being down for my whole night. " This is quite some time ago. Second case is quite recent. We had a bot attack. Took them 4.5 days only to ANSWER, not even fix the problem and this on a website with >100k uniques a day. Also turned out wprocket and cloudflare werent connected (again) Founder got back to me, refunded last month - and kicked me off their service without any prior communication. With the attack we lost way more then a month refund but even worse is the cancelling of our service - including open orders. Update 08.04 : We are in contact with the founder. They know exactly who this is. This is the message we just wrote them of today "Hi Kevin, Thank you for your message. To be honest I was hanging back and watching the situation. It’s been 11 days since my message off a critical bot attack on our website. It’s been another 6 days since your dev said they are checking into it. There has been no specific action or communication on the most important matter to me, a bot attack and probably vulnerability on a high traffic website. Or did you mean you would not solve the problem on your end if I don’t delete the review? Then you shouldn’t keep me getting charged. If that’s not the case the response times of two times 6 days its completely unacceptable for an urgent situation. Meanwhile I keep getting charged just this morning again. " Edit 16.04 What certainly isnt a misunderstanding is: Indeed we had a bot attack and it took them more then 4,5 days to answer, not even fix. High traffic website (100k daily) - a lot of revenue lost/customer reputation lost. This is the second time this happened and this with a 24/7 service. Its easter is a weak response-we operate in a country where is no easter. We also had a message of the founder on our email, saying they are shocked about this review and how to find a way to resolve this, predating their answer here. So they were well aware which customer steven was. (once again happy to provide evidence) We are in the process of resolving this with workhero. They are admitting that their tools actually lost connection for us two weeks before the bot attack and they are offering compensation plus using their service for 6 month for free. Im considering if I can build the trust again.
