Defective Liner and Poor Customer Service I purchased the magnetic eyelashes in December. This was my 2nd purchase. I noticed that the lash liner was thicker than the previous tube and a little clumpy. I also noticed that the lashes weren’t completely sealed. That was due to the clumpy liner. I contacted Moxie Lash 6-8 weeks after purchase and explained the problem. I requested a replacement liner. I was told: To shake the bottle It was after 30 days of purchase so a replacement could not be offered. This is a prime example of poor customer service and a company not willing to accept responsibility for its defective product. This was my last purchase!
