Worst company ever!! Worst company ever!!! I almost consider them a scam. I placed an order online and despite several attempts to reach out to them they sent the same BS emails... it didn't ship til almost a month later. But that wasn't the end of it..was held up lost for weeks. Funny I originally received DHL tracking #. I called them this time & now apparently switched to Canada Post. I finally received it with an additional $50 in customs fees. I asked for a refund a few times throughout this ordeal and always denied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Seriously Moxielash thats the response you give me back?! the extra duties were a small part of it. How about you comment on all the other things you screwed up on & the rotten customer service i received!! And telling me to waste my time contacting customs and your customer service dept further?? maybe you should take a screen shot and present to the owner of the business.

Actual customer SERVICE — no bots! I have worn MoxieLashes for over a year — first magnetic lashes, and more recently I started wearing nano-grip lashes. I typically wear a natural look, but I decided to experiment with glam lashes. While the new product is absolutely beautiful, it isn’t a great fit for me. I called customer service today … I KNOW … but wait!!! No telephone tree, no excessive menu with millions of selections, instead … within two to three minutes, a customer service rep answered … a live human!! Venus professionally answered all my questions and quickly resolved my issue. She followed up with an email detailing our conversation and notified me of next steps if I had any additional concerns. Who knew that simply speaking to a polite and attentive human could turn sheer dread into a committed customer??!?

I LOVE this company I LOVE this company! Customer service is excellent. I can't believe how fast they respond and Luzille, who responded to my query, was super helpful and friendly and solution oriented. I had mistakenly ordered a kit with the 5 magnet versions and I wanted the 10 magnet versions instead and she totally handled the issue and it was also really nice to get the same rep responding each time. I sent over 4 or 5 emails clarifying and asking questions and she followed through and answered all of my questions quickly and I felt supported and taken care of! PLUS I love their products and felt valued as a customer.

I been using magnetic lashes for a… I been using magnetic lashes for a couple of years with the black eyeliner, and I order the new wifey lashes nano grip liner we’re theme on Sunday for church wow wow love theme I just Order more waiting on the others to come back in stock I can’t be without my lashes I were theme daily. Customer service is amazing thank you.❤️😄
