It really works! I used the services of Norton Shopping Guarantee to reclaim money taken from by a scam company. Fortunately I was able to register my dispute with Norton and their involvement meant that I got a full refund from the scam company ketopurediet. I'm sure that with out Norton's involvement I would not have got anywhere.

Retraction of previous review Norton were meant to guarantee Cellphone cases but it took a long time for Cellphone cases to respond . Norton need to vet their companies to make sure they perform well if they are going to sustain credibility. Having said that I gladly retract my previous review as Cellphone Cases have refunded my payment

Norton really does stand behind their guarantee. What a shock at first in this day and age, a company actually doing what they say they will do! The Norton Shopping Guarantee does indeed follow through with their promise, they reimbursed me $92.50 on a purchase were the item's price increased two days later.
