Two days later the seller had the same item at $40 less. I checked out the Norton Shopping Guarantee, sent them a copy of my invoice and a screenshot of the new advertised price and within hours my $40 refund was approved!

Norton really does stand behind their guarantee. What a shock at first in this day and age, a company actually doing what they say they will do! One should NOT consider this a guarantee that you are shopping at a legitimate commerce site! The site I used claims they guarantee money back, but on day 31 they said "sorry Charlie" and Norton only covers first 30 days.
