NLDoesn't do anything Had a package from DHL which was never delivered so I filed a claim with Norton. Unfortunately, because DHL has claimed that it has delivered the package, the guarantee does not cover the product any more.

GBRetraction of previous review Norton were meant to guarantee Cellphone cases but it took a long time for Cellphone cases to respond . Norton need to vet their companies to make sure they perform well if they are going to sustain credibility. Having said that I gladly retract my previous review as Cellphone Cases have refunded my payment

GBIt really works! I used the services of Norton Shopping Guarantee to reclaim money taken from by a scam company. Fortunately I was able to register my dispute with Norton and their involvement meant that I got a full refund from the scam company ketopurediet. I'm sure that with out Norton's involvement I would not have got anywhere.
