NLDoesn't do anything Had a package from DHL which was never delivered so I filed a claim with Norton. Unfortunately, because DHL has claimed that it has delivered the package, the guarantee does not cover the product any more.

GBIt really works! I used the services of Norton Shopping Guarantee to reclaim money taken from by a scam company. Fortunately I was able to register my dispute with Norton and their involvement meant that I got a full refund from the scam company ketopurediet. I'm sure that with out Norton's involvement I would not have got anywhere.

GBNorton really does stand behind their guarantee. What a shock at first in this day and age, a company actually doing what they say they will do! The Norton Shopping Guarantee does indeed follow through with their promise, they reimbursed me $92.50 on a purchase were the item's price increased two days later.
