What they don’t tell you is about the ratings & point building system.. you can rate 10 fragrances you just purchased, but will only get credit for only 1 rating done at a time per month. Other than that, this is my trusted & go-to site for sampling cologne.

My order was never shipped My order was never shipped. I placed my order and 4/2/24 and quickly received an email stating my item was being shipped. Since then the USPS status has been that they are waiting on the package to arrive for shipment. USPS never received the package from them. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. Browsing this site it is clear they have done this to many, many people. It seems more and more likely that this is just a scam. I will be contacting the FTC and Florida Attorney General's office if they do not respond and resolve my issue.

My order has said pre shipment for… Placed two separate orders a few days apart. Both orders have said pre shipment for about 14 days. Guess I'm never getting my product and have to file a charge back Update: I received one of my orders today on 4/12. The other order still says pre shipment. Going to wait a little longer I guess. Will update review again if it comes or not. Update #2: my second order finally came today. Anna in customer service was a help. Apparently the Miami USPS isn't updating their tracking. So these shipments are reading that they never left, and all of a sudden they show up at your address. It's slow and painful but you will get your ordered eventually. I'll give them another try in the future

"Well Done" I had a excellent experience with DecantX. I ordered six fragrances and only received five out of the six. As I was preparing my email to send to DecantX regarding the one missing fragrance and sending the email. I received an email from them identifying the discrepancy and the missing one fragrance was in the mail the same day. Thank you DecantX for due diligence.
