Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!

I have an ordinary experience with the… I have an ordinary experience with the company BackJoy and their websight. It has almst satisfactory products I would say. They have a wide selection of items availbale, and the website is easy enough to use that anyone can find what they need. Prices are good but they could be a bit lower as far as im conserned. I have had no problems with the customer services, and orderd a few times, but all though it has been smooth, returning policy needs some improvement. Speedy delivery and good packging are plusses. Overall, BackJoy is average enough to shop at.

I can’t remember when I bought my first… I can’t remember when I bought my first Backjoy. I saw an infomercial on TV and thought it worth trying. It succeeded in improving my lower back. I’ve nearly worn out that first one and have purchased 2 others and then this latest one. I keep one in the car, at the cabin and elsewhere where I use them. You have an excellent product!

No more sciatic nerve pain I ordered this because I have been making frequent 2-hour road trips to care for my aging parent and I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain. I'm happy to report that after the last two road trips, I did not have sciatic pain. It appears that the BackJoy device really helped to correct my sitting position and thus prevent the usual stress on my sciatic nerve. When I'm not traveling, I use it when I sit at my computer desk for long periods. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

misleading advertising I am sure this product has helped many people sit in office chairs, but... Misleading advertising. The pictures are confusing, and show people in twisted yoga poses. And they show a backjoy sitting in the seat of a car with no person. After purchasing one, I found through customer service that although the website says "Can be used in any chair", they are NOT meant to be used in a car or in any seat where your back is against the back of the seat, such as a sofa or recliner. Since I only wanted it for my car, this was worthless.
