I have an ordinary experience with the… I have an ordinary experience with the company BackJoy and their websight. It has almst satisfactory products I would say. They have a wide selection of items availbale, and the website is easy enough to use that anyone can find what they need. Prices are good but they could be a bit lower as far as im conserned. I have had no problems with the customer services, and orderd a few times, but all though it has been smooth, returning policy needs some improvement. Speedy delivery and good packging are plusses. Overall, BackJoy is average enough to shop at.

She would inform that she was uncomfortable whenever she sat down on a chair, on a car, even while flying. I suggested she get this product from BackJoy since I had personally benefited from purchasing one. Within the first day of use her statements became those of feeling relief.

Prices are high, so you'd expect something more attractive. Not sure, if it warth to buy somthing here. It is ok, if you are in the look, for smthng special or uniqe, but u normall experiance. Oveall, im not pleasantly impressed.

Making classes comfortable Backjoy seats make all day classes comfortable regardless of the quality of the chair seats. This is a great advantage for needleworkers. They also greatly improve long plane rides.

Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!
