I'm happy to report that after the last two road trips, I did not have sciatic pain. Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!
