It really does for me everything as advertised: "safe and effective way to relieve lower back pain and improve posture." Was concerned that it would be hot during the summer months. Not so. Doesn't perform as advertised Used it for 2-3 weeks and it helps just a bit. Never like shown in promotional videos, which are really exaggerated. It may be improved by giving it some height in the back or more slanted, and using a more sturdy material. Not pleased and would not recommend. Too expensive for something that doesn't perform as advertised.
