Backjoy allows me to work all day without bed rest Back joy was recommended by my physical therapist after months of treatment to get me off bed rest plateaued, leaving me unable to sit up for a full 8-hour work day. Back Joy made a difference I could immediately feel in the clinic, and now at home. I've been able to work sitting upright upright through the entire work day with Back Joy, after more than nine months of complete / partial bed rest after my injury. Plus, I'm able to resume activities after work that had been too painful to enjoy in months.

Doesn't perform as advertised Used it for 2-3 weeks and it helps just a bit. Never like shown in promotional videos, which are really exaggerated. It may be improved by giving it some height in the back or more slanted, and using a more sturdy material. Not pleased and would not recommend. Too expensive for something that doesn't perform as advertised.

Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!

No more sciatic nerve pain I ordered this because I have been making frequent 2-hour road trips to care for my aging parent and I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain. I'm happy to report that after the last two road trips, I did not have sciatic pain. It appears that the BackJoy device really helped to correct my sitting position and thus prevent the usual stress on my sciatic nerve. When I'm not traveling, I use it when I sit at my computer desk for long periods. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
