GBI can’t remember when I bought my first… I can’t remember when I bought my first Backjoy. I saw an infomercial on TV and thought it worth trying. It succeeded in improving my lower back. I’ve nearly worn out that first one and have purchased 2 others and then this latest one. I keep one in the car, at the cabin and elsewhere where I use them. You have an excellent product!

GBmisleading advertising I am sure this product has helped many people sit in office chairs, but... Misleading advertising. The pictures are confusing, and show people in twisted yoga poses. And they show a backjoy sitting in the seat of a car with no person. After purchasing one, I found through customer service that although the website says "Can be used in any chair", they are NOT meant to be used in a car or in any seat where your back is against the back of the seat, such as a sofa or recliner. Since I only wanted it for my car, this was worthless.

GBExcellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!
