Making classes comfortable Backjoy seats make all day classes comfortable regardless of the quality of the chair seats. This is a great advantage for needleworkers. They also greatly improve long plane rides.

BackJoy makes a big difference in reducing lower back pain when used on soft cushions, which amazed me. I was skeptical, having bought numerous lumbar support items, some of which work well, but all of which are heavier and cost more than BackJoy. This is a very lightweight but completely effective aid to improve sitting posture and relieve shoulder and back pain.

Doesn't perform as advertised Used it for 2-3 weeks and it helps just a bit. Never like shown in promotional videos, which are really exaggerated. It may be improved by giving it some height in the back or more slanted, and using a more sturdy material. Not pleased and would not recommend. Too expensive for something that doesn't perform as advertised.
