Backjoy allows me to work all day without bed rest Back joy was recommended by my physical therapist after months of treatment to get me off bed rest plateaued, leaving me unable to sit up for a full 8-hour work day. Not worth the price It is supposed to help me with my posture but after using it for a month, I feel more comfortable sitting without it. I work long period of hours sitting in front of a computer and I don't think this helps. A normal cushion is nicer to seat on.

Excellent Support I have been using the BackJoy seat for years, primarily in my car. I recently bought another plastic material seat because I feel like it provides better support than the softer seat, which I also use. The harder seat works better in the car, especially over rougher roads. I'm very satisfied with BackJoy and my brother recently used my two different seats and was very pleased with the support. He preferred the harder seat.

Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!
