Not worth the price It is supposed to help me with my posture but after using it for a month, I feel more comfortable sitting without it. I work long period of hours sitting in front of a computer and I don't think this helps. A normal cushion is nicer to seat on.

Excellent customer service! The BackJoy Posture Plus was recommended to me by a friend. I accidentally ordered the wrong one online and noticed it later in the day. I called Customer Service to try to fix the problem. Someone answered right away and I explained what happened. He took the information and said he'd try to change the order before it went out. Later in the day I received an email that the order had indeed been fixed and I received the BackJoy Posture Plus was delivered!

Makes working at my desk pain free such a simple thing, but so effective in making time spent at my desk pain-free. We have bought 2 now because both my husband and I can't go without them. Great for both relieving back pain from sitting, and also great at improving chair comfort overall.

Great Posture! This SitSmart Posture Plus keeps my back in the correct posture when sitting on chairs and bleachers! It really does for me everything as advertised: "safe and effective way to relieve lower back pain and improve posture." Was concerned that it would be hot during the summer months. Not so.
