GBHelp from the rep I missed ordering on the weekend sale, but the rep alerted me that the wig I wanted would be on sale by Tuesday. Many thanks for the tip. Gabor Modern Motif is very pretty, nice curls, soft fibers, and the honey pecan color is lovely. It was very shiny and I've been working with the baking soda soak and dry shampoo to tone it down. The average size is larger than my previous purchase of Trend Alert and due to my small head, I had to take some small tucks in the cap to keep it from gaping out. Now it looks great and I've received numerous compliments. Love working with Wig Studio 1.

GBNice Wig/Terrible tracking on shipment. The wig is wonderful, but the shipping tracking site “Route” was difficult to navigate and somehow my shipment info was switched with someone else’s order that was going to Pennsylvania. I panicked thinking my wig was shipped to somewhere in Pennsylvania, but was actually still on its way. Thankfully I got my wig and I am really happy with it.

Jodie (from customer service) kept in touch until the issue was resolved , when I then reorded. The wig arrived very quickly and was packed with the utmost care. GBSuperlative all around! The customer service from Wig Studio 1 is incomparable. When part of my order was unavailable due to a website error, they contacted me promptly, refunded the price of that item, and even gave me a $10 credit by way of apology. I couldn't be happier.
