What ever you need help with, the company is always their to help you in every step of the way. I had returned a wig because it was too small, and customer service were verry helpful with the return process. Now, I will get another wig. I can't wate to get my other wig.

I have been searching for a legitimate… I have been searching for a legitimate wig company that has fair policies and quality wigs. Many wig companies that I have done business with have very predatory return polices and take excess fees. Also I am tired of companies that play games with coupon codes that do not work. Wig Studio 1 was not like that. My two wigs were more than I usually spend, but they were even better than expected, high quality, and I didn't have to pay $40 at my hairdresser to get them "re-cut" properly. I could wear them right out of the box! The shipping was fast and the communication was excellent. I will be back to buy again. Very pleased!

The topper was “okay” but I would never… The topper was “okay” but I would never wear it. I thought I was ordering human hair and this is synthetic. The part is not natural looking. I was expecting a more natural look for the price. I sent it back.

Help from the rep I missed ordering on the weekend sale, but the rep alerted me that the wig I wanted would be on sale by Tuesday. Many thanks for the tip. Gabor Modern Motif is very pretty, nice curls, soft fibers, and the honey pecan color is lovely. It was very shiny and I've been working with the baking soda soak and dry shampoo to tone it down. The average size is larger than my previous purchase of Trend Alert and due to my small head, I had to take some small tucks in the cap to keep it from gaping out. Now it looks great and I've received numerous compliments. Love working with Wig Studio 1.

Jodie (from customer service) kept in touch until the issue was resolved , when I then reorded. The wig arrived very quickly and was packed with the utmost care.
