I have been searching for a legitimate… I have been searching for a legitimate wig company that has fair policies and quality wigs. Many wig companies that I have done business with have very predatory return polices and take excess fees. Also I am tired of companies that play games with coupon codes that do not work. Wig Studio 1 was not like that. My two wigs were more than I usually spend, but they were even better than expected, high quality, and I didn't have to pay $40 at my hairdresser to get them "re-cut" properly. I could wear them right out of the box! The shipping was fast and the communication was excellent. I will be back to buy again. Very pleased!

What ever you need help with, the company is always their to help you in every step of the way. I had returned a wig because it was too small, and customer service were verry helpful with the return process. Now, I will get another wig. I can't wate to get my other wig.

Jodie (from customer service) kept in touch until the issue was resolved , when I then reorded. The wig arrived very quickly and was packed with the utmost care. Nice Wig/Terrible tracking on shipment. The wig is wonderful, but the shipping tracking site “Route” was difficult to navigate and somehow my shipment info was switched with someone else’s order that was going to Pennsylvania. I panicked thinking my wig was shipped to somewhere in Pennsylvania, but was actually still on its way. Thankfully I got my wig and I am really happy with it.
