Great customer support and product!! My shipment was stolen and the Averr Aglow team was amazing on helping me get a replacement worked out before I was leaving town! As far as the product itself goes I used to struggle with cystic acne and since discovering Averr Aglow a few years ago it has cleared up. I experimented with a lot of different products to help with cystic acne and had no success until finding this! Also I love not having to use water when cleansing my face so much easier and less hassle.

I don't regret doing it. The products seem great for someone who can tolerate that type of treatment. I needed professional help and had to be prescribed oral and two topical medications a month and a half after using these products because of how bad my skin reacted. Now, after being finished with my oral meds 6 weeks later my flare ups are under control. My skin is smooth, but I have really deep dark scars forever.
