Prices are fair and Customer Service was Fine, nothing extra ordinary but no issues as well. The quality of the products could bee a bit better though. Packaging and shipment was secure. Great customer support and product!! My shipment was stolen and the Averr Aglow team was amazing on helping me get a replacement worked out before I was leaving town! As far as the product itself goes I used to struggle with cystic acne and since discovering Averr Aglow a few years ago it has cleared up. I experimented with a lot of different products to help with cystic acne and had no success until finding this! Also I love not having to use water when cleansing my face so much easier and less hassle.
