Great Opportunity I initially did not have a lot of money to invest and this opportunity was my last chance to turn things around. I was not entirely sure what the investment opportunity was at first and the team members were very helpful throughout this whole process. There was constant communication on what was going on with my store and how long it would be for things to take off. Great customer service, and great opportunity to turn an investment into passive income.

I have very high praises for Phoenix… I have very high praises for Phoenix Ecom and the people that work there. After initially learning about this company I soon learned that they are people I can trust and are constantly working so I can be successful. They have been very communicative and transparent about everything regarding my store and so far I no complaints.

I decided to sign the contract months… I decided to sign the contract months ago, after a great presentation given to me, with numbers in spreadsheet and a lot of info. I was enthusiastic because I wanted to build an e-commerce for a while, but I knew I didn’t have the knowledge since my field is completely different. I was promised a 20% return, which from the very beginning I knew it would not be realistic, but I was set at getting anywhere between 10-12%. After investing over $75,000 between start up costs and inventory, as of today I didn’t even remotely not only make any real profit, but not even recoup the money spent on inventory. The team will respond right away when you have a question, but the answers will always be either very generic or just standard responses, and would always suggest that the issue is my fault for choosing the wrong products (again I have zero experience and that’s why I decided to pay someone to help me), or that there’s a lot of competition or something else. I feel incredibly upset, because as much as I insist and ask for solutions, I’m not going anywhere with this business.

Amazing team I never did on Amazon just Came across this opportunity and I was very skeptical, but after getting to know the team, I’m honestly happy i took the chance to work with them, They are taking care of the store, from the buyers to the sales reviews returns and so on… every detail with experience. it’s an amazing team, Thank you PhoenixEcom !
