GBI decided to sign the contract months… I decided to sign the contract months ago, after a great presentation given to me, with numbers in spreadsheet and a lot of info. I was enthusiastic because I wanted to build an e-commerce for a while, but I knew I didn’t have the knowledge since my field is completely different. I was promised a 20% return, which from the very beginning I knew it would not be realistic, but I was set at getting anywhere between 10-12%. After investing over $75,000 between start up costs and inventory, as of today I didn’t even remotely not only make any real profit, but not even recoup the money spent on inventory. The team will respond right away when you have a question, but the answers will always be either very generic or just standard responses, and would always suggest that the issue is my fault for choosing the wrong products (again I have zero experience and that’s why I decided to pay someone to help me), or that there’s a lot of competition or something else. I feel incredibly upset, because as much as I insist and ask for solutions, I’m not going anywhere with this business.
