GBI wish you could use the rewards points… I wish you could use the rewards points with coupons. Otherwise there is no point of the rewards because usually the coupons are a better discount! Need to revamp the rewards program.

GBShipping mistake was quickly rectified When I reveived my order from Solvaderm it was incomplete and one item I had ordered was missing. I contacted customer service via email, received a response within an hour inquiring if the package gad arrived opened. I replied that it was sealed upon arrival, I quickly received a response, and within a day or so after that I was informed the missing item had been shipped. So one star removed for a mistake in order fulfillment, but 4 stars remaining for a quick response in fixing the problem.

GBI placed an order on March 23rd and the… I placed an order on March 23rd and the shipping said 3-5 days…it’s April 7th and I still do not have my order. I’m about to cancel my order and go with another company or head to Sephora. So far not happy with the delay.
