They have almst good customer service representative5 who worked to solve issues, although I did not have any to begin with. The ordering process was easy to navigate and prices seem fair enough. The website itself is ok; easy to navigate and visually pleasing. The delivery process was smooth and the items arrived in good time and condition. Overally it's a satisfactory experience, but nothing beyond that.
