This is my first time trying to use this program, after couple days of mining, collecting enough balance and found out I couldn't redeem anything... purchase just failed all the time and without any UI notice from web frontend. Salad support replied to me that my email was compromised, but I can confirm it's not, it's just their excuses. Man what a waste of electricity, even if it's working on others end you'll need to keep in mind that this service will ban people for no reason, not recommend at all.
