If this issue persists, please reach out to our support team i don't know what they did to my account but i always kept my email and password wrote down for issues like this i'm waiting for them to reply back and hopefully they can resolve this issue.

They recently released a feature where mining is optional so you would lessen your electricity usage. This is a good if you barely use your computer and use it for extra money.
