Best Agent Ever! The agent that helped me was very calm, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. She was easy to understand. She was clear and concise when I had questions and that made it much less frustrating because I am computer illiterate! I thanked and praised her before the call ended. Worse service ever Worse service ever. The customer service people are trying very hard to help, but the system will not allow them. They take the brunt of the customer frustration. Web.com is costing me hundred of thousand of dollars. I was with "My Domain" and all was great. Since they were bought by Web.com my nightmare started. They still can not point to my Name server email because they keep on sending the verification to an email 15 years old which i can not access. I told therm this over over and over.... I sent my picture I.D. a utility bill etc etc but still they can not get their act together. Here it is a week later still no email, still no orders... What a fracking joke.. I will move everything to a more reliable company very soon..
