CABeware of this company they are part of… Beware of this company they are part of Domain.com and have history you should read before using them, 1st red flag no phone numbers. 2nd they clearly state they are not responsible for anything they sell. My Websites and emails went down last week, I contacted them via there chat bot. They promised it would be back up in a few hours. After wasting the whole day I decided to move everything to another company. Now they say my emails and sites will be down for at least 7 days before they send the authorization code so I can transfer. So if you think your saving some money by using them think again it's far more expensive in the long run.

GBFinally the right person assisted me! I Tutor federal securities exams for individuals that find these difficult to pass. Recently I've been asked to teach a group class on various exams. So I needed to add a new group of products to my Website. I spoke to 6 individuals over a month trying to add a new product. The product was added but with many errors. Finally I spoke with Clark D. who patiently worked through ALL the issues. He is very professional, great inter-personal skills, and knows his stuff! Thank You Clark D!

GBRon in tech support was very… Ron in tech support was very knowledgeable about merging my new website with my existing website and the errors that could occur since my domains were preveriously with MyDomain.com before acquision by Web.com. He was very patient and did a lot of research for me. He walked me through what to do. We tried 2 different ways. There was still an error message so he excalated to engineering and gave me the ref# and assured me engineering would contact me by email and 2 days or so. Thank you so much

HUEver since they merged companies with… Ever since they merged companies with Dotster our website has been down and they have no explanation. 2 weeks now and they still haven't repaired whatever mistake it was that they did. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. If you're a new or existing customer I highly recommend you find another host as this one is clearly not reliable.

GBSimply "web.com" is World Wide Web Opening a webmail requires user name, password, pin, security question, and so on. Forgetting, or confusing one of them with each other, has its own difficulties. even, when we need to deal with web mails of 2 or 3 websites, especially in my age that I am (85). I called "web.com". Support team helped me (I have no idea) to Alias, transfer or opening all received Emails of those web mails, at my oldest email, and I am thankful for that. Most important, I had too, enter CSR in related box that It contains more than 140 digits, which I informed web.com support team, and they worked on it, and assured me that they took care of it, and after 24 hours my customers trustworthy, can access "intercourt.org" with no Hassle.
