GBJelian did a great job clearing up some… Jelian did a great job clearing up some account issues, as well as guiding me through editing information on my site. I'll suggest the same idea here which I mentioned to her: When various components of a given website are up coming up for renewal, such as SSL, Domain name, website and privacy, let the customer know about all expiration dates at one time. That way, there's no interruption of service.

GBFinally the right person assisted me! I Tutor federal securities exams for individuals that find these difficult to pass. Recently I've been asked to teach a group class on various exams. So I needed to add a new group of products to my Website. I spoke to 6 individuals over a month trying to add a new product. The product was added but with many errors. GBWorse service ever Worse service ever. The customer service people are trying very hard to help, but the system will not allow them. They take the brunt of the customer frustration. Web.com is costing me hundred of thousand of dollars. I was with "My Domain" and all was great. Since they were bought by Web.com my nightmare started. They still can not point to my Name server email because they keep on sending the verification to an email 15 years old which i can not access. I told therm this over over and over.... I sent my picture I.D. a utility bill etc etc but still they can not get their act together. Here it is a week later still no email, still no orders... What a fracking joke.. I will move everything to a more reliable company very soon..

GBRon in tech support was very… Ron in tech support was very knowledgeable about merging my new website with my existing website and the errors that could occur since my domains were preveriously with MyDomain.com before acquision by Web.com. He was very patient and did a lot of research for me. He walked me through what to do. We tried 2 different ways. There was still an error message so he excalated to engineering and gave me the ref# and assured me engineering would contact me by email and 2 days or so. Thank you so much
