GBGreat techs to assist us! Ranz was very patient with me. She was knowledgeable of the product so when I got her off her script she was able to answer my questions. Great tech for training new users. Editor program is not very user friendly but after my session I can find tools better.

GBThe worst product and support I've ever… The worst product and support I've ever had. Simple functionality is not included - i.e. when you put your url into a message on social platforms, a disjointed visual appears to the recepient which kills credibility - when asked about this, support told me I need to hire a coder to fix it - GoDaddy and Wix have this feature as a no brainer, which it is. Support is a joke. This product is hard to use and is limited. Changing email to exchange is impossible. No wonder comments are turned off on social. I feel fool for falling for the AI website builder ad. I can't wait to get away from web.com

HUEver since they merged companies with… Ever since they merged companies with Dotster our website has been down and they have no explanation. 2 weeks now and they still haven't repaired whatever mistake it was that they did. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. If you're a new or existing customer I highly recommend you find another host as this one is clearly not reliable.

GBWCOM AI Builder is Awesome I just built my site using Web.com AI and it was an awesome experience. I was able to build a site, write a blog post, setup an online scheduler to allow customers to book appointments all in under 2 hours using the powerful AI tools. Would highly recommend WCOM

GBWorse service ever Worse service ever. The customer service people are trying very hard to help, but the system will not allow them. They take the brunt of the customer frustration. Web.com is costing me hundred of thousand of dollars. I was with "My Domain" and all was great. Since they were bought by Web.com my nightmare started. They still can not point to my Name server email because they keep on sending the verification to an email 15 years old which i can not access. I told therm this over over and over.... I sent my picture I.D. a utility bill etc etc but still they can not get their act together. Here it is a week later still no email, still no orders... What a fracking joke.. I will move everything to a more reliable company very soon..
