AUTerrible service Terrible service. I chose web.com for my website and then decided to go with another service. Not only do I have to keep paying for the service with them I’m not using, they deleted and stored my domain and ask for payment to get it back. I agreed but they still haven’t done it. After several online chat discussions in which I’ve tried to pay for my domain to retrieve it, the issue is still not resolved. Choose a different service!!

GBGreat techs to assist us! Ranz was very patient with me. She was knowledgeable of the product so when I got her off her script she was able to answer my questions. Great tech for training new users. Editor program is not very user friendly but after my session I can find tools better.
