Today we combed through the entire website, and Michika had just the right suggestions to fit my concerns. I appreciate her politeness, and strong knowledge of website content. I'll suggest the same idea here which I mentioned to her: When various components of a given website are up coming up for renewal, such as SSL, Domain name, website and privacy, let the customer know about all expiration dates at one time. That way, there's no interruption of service.
