GBWorse service ever Worse service ever. The customer service people are trying very hard to help, but the system will not allow them. They take the brunt of the customer frustration. Web.com is costing me hundred of thousand of dollars. I was with "My Domain" and all was great. Since they were bought by Web.com my nightmare started. They still can not point to my Name server email because they keep on sending the verification to an email 15 years old which i can not access. I told therm this over over and over.... I sent my picture I.D. a utility bill etc etc but still they can not get their act together. Here it is a week later still no email, still no orders... What a fracking joke.. I will move everything to a more reliable company very soon..

GBI don't know if my first review went… I don't know if my first review went through but I needed to make sure because Jay deserve it and so much more he took the time out to help me with my website he is so awesome and cool so give him a raise and bounce once again thank you Jay you are simply the best.

CABeware of this company they are part of… Beware of this company they are part of Domain.com and have history you should read before using them, 1st red flag no phone numbers. 2nd they clearly state they are not responsible for anything they sell. My Websites and emails went down last week, I contacted them via there chat bot. They promised it would be back up in a few hours. After wasting the whole day I decided to move everything to another company. Now they say my emails and sites will be down for at least 7 days before they send the authorization code so I can transfer. So if you think your saving some money by using them think again it's far more expensive in the long run.

HUEver since they merged companies with… Ever since they merged companies with Dotster our website has been down and they have no explanation. 2 weeks now and they still haven't repaired whatever mistake it was that they did. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. If you're a new or existing customer I highly recommend you find another host as this one is clearly not reliable.

GBFinally the right person assisted me! I Tutor federal securities exams for individuals that find these difficult to pass. Recently I've been asked to teach a group class on various exams. So I needed to add a new group of products to my Website. I spoke to 6 individuals over a month trying to add a new product. The product was added but with many errors. Finally I spoke with Clark D. who patiently worked through ALL the issues. He is very professional, great inter-personal skills, and knows his stuff! Thank You Clark D!
