The worst product and support I've ever… The worst product and support I've ever had. Simple functionality is not included - i.e. when you put your url into a message on social platforms, a disjointed visual appears to the recepient which kills credibility - when asked about this, support told me I need to hire a coder to fix it - GoDaddy and Wix have this feature as a no brainer, which it is. Support is a joke. This product is hard to use and is limited. Changing email to exchange is impossible. No wonder comments are turned off on social. I feel fool for falling for the AI website builder ad. I can't wait to get away from web.com
