HUEver since they merged companies with… Ever since they merged companies with Dotster our website has been down and they have no explanation. 2 weeks now and they still haven't repaired whatever mistake it was that they did. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. If you're a new or existing customer I highly recommend you find another host as this one is clearly not reliable.

AUTerrible service Terrible service. I chose web.com for my website and then decided to go with another service. Not only do I have to keep paying for the service with them I’m not using, they deleted and stored my domain and ask for payment to get it back. I agreed but they still haven’t done it. After several online chat discussions in which I’ve tried to pay for my domain to retrieve it, the issue is still not resolved. Choose a different service!!

GBFinally the right person assisted me! I Tutor federal securities exams for individuals that find these difficult to pass. Recently I've been asked to teach a group class on various exams. So I needed to add a new group of products to my Website. I spoke to 6 individuals over a month trying to add a new product. The product was added but with many errors.
