I'll suggest the same idea here which I mentioned to her: When various components of a given website are up coming up for renewal, such as SSL, Domain name, website and privacy, let the customer know about all expiration dates at one time. That way, there's no interruption of service.

GBSEO team is AWESOME! Michika from the SEO team called to check in with me this morning. The last couple of times i spoke with anyone from the SEO department, it went very well.
