GBThe worst product and support I've ever… The worst product and support I've ever had. Simple functionality is not included - i.e. when you put your url into a message on social platforms, a disjointed visual appears to the recepient which kills credibility - when asked about this, support told me I need to hire a coder to fix it - GoDaddy and Wix have this feature as a no brainer, which it is. Support is a joke. This product is hard to use and is limited. Changing email to exchange is impossible. No wonder comments are turned off on social. I feel fool for falling for the AI website builder ad. I can't wait to get away from web.com

GBBest Agent Ever! The agent that helped me was very calm, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. She was easy to understand. She was clear and concise when I had questions and that made it much less frustrating because I am computer illiterate! I thanked and praised her before the call ended. I wish I could call her out by name, but I do not remember it.

HUEver since they merged companies with… Ever since they merged companies with Dotster our website has been down and they have no explanation. 2 weeks now and they still haven't repaired whatever mistake it was that they did. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. If you're a new or existing customer I highly recommend you find another host as this one is clearly not reliable.
