Great techs to assist us! Ranz was very patient with me. She was knowledgeable of the product so when I got her off her script she was able to answer my questions. Great tech for training new users. Editor program is not very user friendly but after my session I can find tools better.

Terrible service Terrible service. I chose web.com for my website and then decided to go with another service. Not only do I have to keep paying for the service with them I’m not using, they deleted and stored my domain and ask for payment to get it back. I agreed but they still haven’t done it. After several online chat discussions in which I’ve tried to pay for my domain to retrieve it, the issue is still not resolved. Choose a different service!!

Best Agent Ever! The agent that helped me was very calm, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable. She was easy to understand. She was clear and concise when I had questions and that made it much less frustrating because I am computer illiterate! I thanked and praised her before the call ended. I wish I could call her out by name, but I do not remember it.

Ever since they merged companies with… Ever since they merged companies with Dotster our website has been down and they have no explanation. 2 weeks now and they still haven't repaired whatever mistake it was that they did. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. If you're a new or existing customer I highly recommend you find another host as this one is clearly not reliable.
