While I was given a lot of hope While I was given a lot of hope, it turned out to be a false positive. I paid the expedited fee for 72 hour turn around, had to call a week later for a status update. Was asked to download a viewing program and to make an appointment and Cameron would call to do an online viewing. Instead, a link was emailed to me a 1/2 hour after said appointment and the files weren’t viewable. In my opinion Cameron takes ion far too much. Getting ahold of someone was no small feat. All the photos I was told could be recovered unfortunately weren’t.

Being Australian it is difficult to… Being Australian it is difficult to communicate with most companies. Outsource was brilliant. Emails with the person working on retrieving my data from a chip. They got it all back! Prices were steep and nearly double due to crap exchange rate but the price you pay for getting your data back! Highly recommend to anyone who needs this service!

Failed to provide emergency recovery services We had a client who paid us to send her drive off for emergency recovery. It took over two weeks to get a partial recovery of the data because of the request for emergency recovery that was paid for, did not get communicated to their lab. They did refund the emergency recovery fee, but that didn't help our client, who needed the recovered data sooner. Really made us look bad.
