GBGeorge is an absolute godsend George is an absolute godsend! I was having a meltdown when my computer crashed and I had already (unsuccessfully) taken it to another tech person. He was kind, professional, understanding, & reassuring. Miraculously, George recovered everything!!! I don't know what I would have done without him. It was suggested that I contact one of the mainstream data recovery companies & I'm so grateful I chose a caring company instead, like Salvage-data .Their prices are extremely fair and it seemed that they truly cared about me as a customer. They have my highest recommendation!

AUBeing Australian it is difficult to… Being Australian it is difficult to communicate with most companies. Outsource was brilliant. Emails with the person working on retrieving my data from a chip. They got it all back! Prices were steep and nearly double due to crap exchange rate but the price you pay for getting your data back! Highly recommend to anyone who needs this service!

GBLater on Order They recorded all the data. I am not giving a 5-star because I had to call twice after they said the data was ready. The 1st time I called they said that it would be sent today or tomorrow. Five days later I called again and they said they had trouble sending it automatically, so they sent it by hand. They said I could have received it 13 days ago. I operate a small shop and that was a customer order.

GBFailed to provide emergency recovery services We had a client who paid us to send her drive off for emergency recovery. It took over two weeks to get a partial recovery of the data because of the request for emergency recovery that was paid for, did not get communicated to their lab. They did refund the emergency recovery fee, but that didn't help our client, who needed the recovered data sooner. Really made us look bad.

GBIt did work The company should explain things better. Our HDD was mechanically broken and couldn't be repaired, supposedly, but they could still get the data off of the drive by "repairing" it and using a clean room. We asked for clarification more than once and never got a straight answer. Also, the estimated cost is exactly what it will cost. Don't think that it may be any cheaper. We did get 98% of our data back and would recommend for folks that need theirs off of a damaged drive.
