Well it wasn't the control board (Rats!) While my drive failure wasn't the board, my most critical data was recovered for an acceptable cost from a totally dead hard drive. Service is fast and there is constant communication on process status. Very straightforward and easy process. Hope I never need this service again, but would certainly go to Outsource first if I did!

They sent a harddrive back and had downloadable data that was the right file size but completely corrupt. I paid for expedited service at every level. For the initial inspection the tech was sick and I had to message them to get a status report. Every other communication with them I've had to initiate as far as I recall.
