GBVery good customer service Very good customer service, reliable and helpfull, much better experience than most. In terms of platform, we just started our sales journey, with some little succes, however 1 thing which definetely must be upgrade in future is outside US shipping cost. Right now it doesn't even make sense to sell outside US. Yet so far we have good reviews for products, let's see what future brings.

AUI was pretty happy to find supliful… I was pretty happy to find supliful while looking for suppliers for my new supplement store. The label process was very easy to do using canva (less than 15 mins) and they give you all the information you need. I asked support many questions (15+ email thread) and they still replied, and in a timely manner. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was woocommerce integration was an ability when I joined, and after taking time to build my store, I went back to supliful and it was gone. I understand this is a business decision from them so who am I to complain, have to work with what's available (which their support guided me to auto fulfillment with that) I got my first order 1 day ago and my verification of my label was just on 24 hours. Looking forward to seeing what's to come!

GBStay Away from This Company This company constantly runs out of products but doesn't inform their clients until way after the fact. You'll sell products you cant fulfill and end up having to apologize to customers. This has happened to us multiple times in recent weeks and we've lost out on many orders and a ton of goodwill. If you actually want a business, don't rely on this company. I'm sure they'll reply to this comment with a "please reach out to our help@ email, but it's a joke and their customer service is useless. If you have a brand or are investing in one, do yourself a favor and find a proper partner. UPDATE- Supliful replied below that they notify customer 'promptly' when out of stock. But that's not true. We've had orders pending for nearly a week, unfulfilled, and only discovered to be out of stock when poking around admin. No notice to us or any other customers. When your burn OUR customers, Supliful doesn't care and it's you that's left holding the bag as your brand suffers. They also ask for order info, as if we haven't been dealing with customer service. All support can say is "we're sorry", but it's your brand that will suffer.

GBWe are new to using Supliful and last… We are new to using Supliful and last night received our first order. Since we are manually placing orders, I wasn't sure about the process. I sent a message in around 5am Eastern time and was hoping to receive a reply sometime before the order was processed. Instead I received a reply in about 5 minutes that 100% answered my question. Remember, this was 5am in the morning. Crazy good service. 👍
