Sure there are some features that would be nice to have in the future to make it truly full service like custom packaging, but what they offer is more than enough. They're constantly updating with new products and new mockups for products to give everything such a professional feel. Another key is their customer service. It's unmatched. We are new to using Supliful and last… We are new to using Supliful and last night received our first order. Since we are manually placing orders, I wasn't sure about the process. I sent a message in around 5am Eastern time and was hoping to receive a reply sometime before the order was processed. Instead I received a reply in about 5 minutes that 100% answered my question. Remember, this was 5am in the morning. Crazy good service. 👍
