GBLONG TIME CUSTOMER I have been using Performive for many years now to host my various websites and HAVE NEVER been more pleased with a hosting company. The rates are fair. The tech support is prompt and most-often immediate! I would highly recommend this company and ESPECIALLY in the I.T. world which has its fair share of questionable or even nefarious folks.

GBWorst hosting company I've ever dealt… Worst hosting company I've ever dealt with. I've been online since 2005 and have never encountered worse technicians, sales people etc. Do not host with them. They overcharge and under deliver.

I gave only three stars because I feel it took several days before we became cohesive in our communication. Does Performive utilize oversees contractors? I do not mind! However, it's important to know they can communicate effectively with the client. I did not feel this was happening in the first two days of our ticket. Thank you to Douglas Pannell in connecting me with further project managers. In the end, I needed to get Tammy's site up and running before April 1. I accomplished this. Thank you.
