Don't Trust Them! Don't Trust Them! I had high hopes after reading reviews and wish I never got started with them. The VA we were assigned was incapable of doing the basic task we asked, which was only calendar management. After being unhappy I asked to stop the service. I then was asking for a refund of unused hours, then they just started ignoring all my emails. I was then charged again even though everything was cancelled and currently having to dispute the charge with my credit card company, since nobody from WoodBows will get back to me. I suggest you stay away from WoodBows.

Honest review and experience Well, I originally believed that Woodbows was a decent company. I was a customer for well over four months. The assistant I was working with was not very competent but still got things done, so I was content. But slowly, the work rate dropped to almost zero, and the hours kept going up. I started getting charged 30 hours for a single spreadsheet. I requested they stop my subscription. Nothing happened, and I kept getting charged, so after 300 dollars wasted, I put a hold on my card. Like others have pointed out, the manager was Rabinesh Chand. Then, my assistant called me one day, crying. She said she was cut off from the company with no explanation. Truly a horrible company. They have paid for good reviews from bloggers, but I haven't met anyone who hasn't lost money using them.

They can disappear for 2 weeks and then try to reach you 5 times in 1 hour and be angry that you don't respond straight away. Waste of money. Added later: I wrote them multiple emails after their answer here and haven’t received any response, again. They are scammers, don’t use their services. Trust the amount of bad reviews that they constantly try to overpower with fake reviews

Please please avoid this company!!! Please please avoid this company. They are the worst people ever. Not even able to communicate properly with you to organise a simple zoom meeting. Not able to understand your time zone. Very poor communication and there was no update on the tasks we asked them to complete. They avoided giving us a simple answer and made us wait for them in the zoom meeting room a number of times. I don't even know why they exist. We have asked for a refund and they have of course disappeared and didn't even have the courtesy to apologise to us for their lack of professionalism. We are totally disgusted by them and we wish we had never crossed paths with them.

Timely help from you guys They helped our business at the right time when we were about to go under. We had a few in house employees. They were not able to continue thanks to the recent disaster. We looked around the freelancing sites. It didn't work out for us. We came to know about them through a friend of mine. It has been five months. We never looked back. Hiring them was one of the best decisions we made in 2020.
