Great Service I have had my server for just about 20 days now and it has been running absolutely great. The support even responded within a day to my request to move from Miami to Los Angeles. The only downside I've seen is that a few packets can have a higher latency than normal. I am not too sure if it is my internet that does it but I do not have the issue with any other server.

Grateful The answers from the technical support are given in a short time, and the help is very good, in addition the plans are quite comfortable, very good.

Bad service, rude customer service Bad service, all the positive reviews here are because its requested on his website to leave a review. Server restart issue without prior notice. The owner is rude, customer service is pathetic. In short you get what you pay for, cheap price with cheap customer service. Horrible experience. Use reputed service provider instead. You are dumb, you do not know what are you talking about. You guys have blocked my account else would have shared the tik number. It is not about cpanel etc...its about your vps restart issue without prior notification and when reported you insult your costomer by telling them to leave and find other service provide. I am sure you very well know what I am talking about you just trying to ignore it.

Great VPS and Support I have recently sign up for Madcityservers and have been really happy. I got there VPS and they were able to price match from another provider. When I contacted support for price match they replied with in 13mins I have not needed any other support because it has all “just worked”. Server performance has been excellent for the 4vcore on AMD Ryzen 9 5900X I get 1485 Single-Core Score and 4613 Multi-Core Score with geekbench 5.
