The owner is rude, customer service is pathetic. In short you get what you pay for, cheap price with cheap customer service. Horrible experience. Use reputed service provider instead. It is not about cpanel etc...its about your vps restart issue without prior notification and when reported you insult your costomer by telling them to leave and find other service provide.
