When I contacted support for price match they replied with in 13mins I have not needed any other support because it has all “just worked”. Server performance has been excellent for the 4vcore on AMD Ryzen 9 5900X I get 1485 Single-Core Score and 4613 Multi-Core Score with geekbench 5.
