WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Everything started off great until we ran into some bumps. I spent HOURS trying to resolve without much help. All Nick could tell me was "you can look into that". I hired them to build a website to display Real Estate properties. What a mess of an experience! Now we have a website that isn't done and won't even do what we need it to do ($600 later with no option of a refund). RUNNNNN the other way from this company. All seems good upfront but if you run into any kind of issue, consider yourself out of luck. SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

The worst experience The worst experience, 360digitalbay is a scam. I had an agreement with them to build my site. They built my site which was not functional and I paid per agreement. They had asked 150 for hosting the site, but they increased the rate to 200 with no notice, and when I told them I wanted to go to another company for hosting and I needed my website files to take to another vendor, they refused to give me, even though I paid for it.

I very much appreciated all their hard work in making this website a beautiful reality for my business! Rob & Nick are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them!

I am very specific in what I want and probably not the easiest customer as my brand is my business and they were amazing. Their exceptional skills and dedication truly shine. Exceptional customer service I am so very grateful for Nick and his team! He was so very patient with me as I wanted to embrace our ideas and I had to regularly get approval from our board (we are nonprofit). He was able to capture the vision and paid attention to every little detail until we felt completely satisfied! I read some other reviews, but I have communicated with many other developers and the price here is very economical for everything and the commitment to customer service sets 360 DigitalBay a cut above the rest.
