Often items are substituted by colourpop with no customer notification and are nothing close to the original items. I love the correct products I do receive! I feel customer care and customer service has declined.

I love colorpop I love colorpop! The only eyeshadow I'll ever buy again. The color pay out is better. The glitter(eyeshadow and the gel body glitter) is insanely beautiful. Reasonably priced. I'm just obsessed.

I have used colourpop for many years just to buy my eyebrow pencils and used to loveeee them. The quality the last few times has gone down and they are not brittle. They crack as I use them and the little swivel that holds the pencil in place no longer does so it often drops back into the holder. The formula has clearly changed and not for the better sadly.
