AUDid not receive one of my ordered… Did not receive one of my ordered items. Was given store credit for the cost of the item, though with shipping I would still be having to pay more money just to get the item I ordered in the first place. I wasn't refunded just given a voucher with a 3 month expiry which I'm not even likely to use in the time

USI never received my items I never received my items. I messaged customer service but they said it was out on delivery. I’m really disappointed. I can’t tell you how unhappy I am. I was going to use makeup for my daughter’s wedding too. I still need some assistance on this issue.

DEGreat products for a decent price The company itself is great. Shipping of course takes a while since it has to be shipped overseas, but everything arrived perfectly fine. However, I do not know if I will continue to shop on there as sometimes the shade of a lip product for example turns out quite differently than what the pictures on the website would suggest. But the quality is great and sometimes you can find unique colors that I can’t find in stores here.

CABad Customer Service and Experiences Whenever I order there are items missing and customer services does not provide any assistance. Other companies will provide me a discount code or at least give me free shipping for me wanting to just re-order the items they missed. Colourpop does not do any of that and the staff are hard to deal with.

USGreat products, disappointing experience The products are great, unfortunately my shipping experience wasn't the best. After taking longer than normal to arrive, 2 of the items were missing. When I received the missing items, the blush palette was broken. I had been looking forward to it & I wasn't able to use it. Everything else is pretty good. Love the lippies & vibrant colored mascaras.
