Ordered the Vanilla Ultimate Hygiene… Ordered the Vanilla Ultimate Hygiene kit. Items were poorly packaged, the Dead Sea Water became damaged and leaked through the entire box causing sticky popcorn residue to be every where, including all over the Lavender scrub that I did not order but was sent, without any notice or option, to me instead of the Vanilla scrub. Very disappointed in the experience. This was meant to be a Christmas gift to my Military significant other who is stationed over seas. Guess this experience sums up this year. A mess.

Good customer service, I reach out to respond to the e-mail with the subject line "We've missed you" because I was running out of day and night cream, they really care for their customers, even advised me to wait for the upcoming big sale, which happened in July. Kedma - outstanding products. KEDMA have been in Stockland’s Nowra for 3 weeks, the 3 team members are respectful but they also have great knowledge about their products. The products speak for themselves, the hand cream is undoubtedly the best hand cream I’ve used. The magnetic face mask is totally something else, if you can afford it, it’s the bees knees. I highly recommend KEDMA products.
