GBAs I had experienced an allergy to… As I had experienced an allergy to perfume recently, I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund be issued. However the item arrived. Now I must wait for a return label to return the item and get a refund. Replies take longer than expected.

GBOrdered a bottle of Bvlgari Pour Homme… Ordered a bottle of Bvlgari Pour Homme Soir and received the regular Bvlgari pour homme EDT. I will not be purchasing from this site again. Edit: The company reached out to me on their own and provided a refund while also allowing me to keep the incorrect item. It’s unfortunate that I didn’t get the original one I wanted, but customer service responded quickly.

GBI stumbled upon the perfumesandrea.com… I stumbled upon the perfumesandrea.com website and checked out some of their perfumes. The variety seemed ok. There were a few issues with the site, but nothing too terrible. The presentation and layout were good, but I did encounter some problems with the navigation and loading times of the pages. It was just a bit frustrating. The prices were reasonable, and the customer service seemed to be somewhat responsive. However, it's not a site I would come back to often due to these small issues. There is still some potential here, and with a few improvements, it could be a better experience.

GBShipped wrong type. Ordered cologne set for "MEN" was shipped a set for "WOMEN". Representative was unable to communicate in english. Had to send photos for proof of mistake they made. Had to file a claim through Paypal to get resolution. Glad I payed through Paypal. Got refund through Paypal. Never heard back from seller. I am not prejudiced in the least bit. But in order to do business nationally you should be able to communicate.

GBAs a first time customer I inquired… As a first time customer I inquired about a coupon. They honored me with a coupon!
