Good Quality, and my skin like sit I am using their charcoal wash, light moisturizer, and eye cream. I like that all my skin is not reacting to it, and I seem to like it. I am only a month in, so let's see how it all works in a couple of months, who knows it might some years off.

I’ve been scammed I’ve been scammed like other people who have commented on this company. I was offered a trial and cancelled my subscription straight away but still got charged £55 for smallest bottle of cream. They will not refund and even with the free trial the cream is not great to be honest and not worth the money.

Excellent customer service 1. Lumin makes great skincare products 2. They have excellent customer service 3. If you have an issue of any kind with their services or products they will diligently work to fix it. Turning you from a frowning customer into an ear-to-ear smiling one.

I used a free kit provided by Lumin and… I used a free kit provided by Lumin and it was a good nice fragrance. but I think the quantity is less I can use it only 3 or 4 times I think you need to send to the customer so can use it for at least 2 weeks so he can see the difference on his face and admire with luminous product and second thing price because there are so many companies have face product recommend by a dermatologist and its cheaper than Lumin product example Cetaphil. Overall it was a good experience.
