GBRefund received Offered a trial product and paid postage. 2 weeks later got and email confirming an order I didn't make! charged £65 for a whole selection of creams and scrubs I didn't order. products to be returned and then pay postage for a return. Refund received.

GBDeceiving subscription plan While Lumin makes quality products, I found the trial to subscription process to be misleading. There’s zero communication until they process your order, and at that point you’re told it’s too late to pause or cancel the order.

GBMostly great! I've been using one of their subscription packs that contain everything. The products are of high quality and have a subtle pleasant scent. I've got thr light moisturiser and it works perfectly for me, being none greasy. The serum is great at night and charcoal face wash good too. Love the eye bag gel. Only let down is the face scrub. Runs out super quick and is a chemical scrub, so not really feeling like a scrub. Will I buy everything again, minus the scrub, yes.

GBDISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!! DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! I HAD A FREE TRIAL AND THEY CHOSE TO AUTO RENEW MY PAYMENT WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME! Then when I emailed them to CANCEL the order they said they CANT!!!?? I asked for a refund and they said they don't do REFUNDS!!!!! RIDICULOUS!
