I’ve been scammed I’ve been scammed like other people who have commented on this company. I was offered a trial and cancelled my subscription straight away but still got charged £55 for smallest bottle of cream. They will not refund and even with the free trial the cream is not great to be honest and not worth the money.

Deceiving subscription plan While Lumin makes quality products, I found the trial to subscription process to be misleading. There’s zero communication until they process your order, and at that point you’re told it’s too late to pause or cancel the order.

My order was lost in the mail My order was lost in the mail. I called customer service. My new order was shipped immediately at no charge. I am 54 years old. Since I have been using Lumin I am told I look 20 years younger than I am!!
