Deceiving subscription plan While Lumin makes quality products, I found the trial to subscription process to be misleading. There’s zero communication until they process your order, and at that point you’re told it’s too late to pause or cancel the order.

Refund received Offered a trial product and paid postage. 2 weeks later got and email confirming an order I didn't make! charged £65 for a whole selection of creams and scrubs I didn't order. products to be returned and then pay postage for a return. Refund received.
