Horrible Customer Service Never Delivered my product to my address...Unable to reach anyone via phone or emailed. I filed a formal dispute against Fragrance Lovers.

Much to every fragrance collectors dismay and surprise, this new comer to the fragrance world was quickly done away with. When I saw this available on Fragrance Lovers website, I quickly purchased a bottle. The pricing was very fair and the shipping and customer service was exceptional.
