Placed an order Placed an order, seemed to have what I wanted. However received a delivered notice and didn’t see a package. Not sure if it’s still out for delivery but did reach out to company with no response a couple days later .

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I never received my order so I emailed several times and got no response and when you call their number you get a voicemail saying "All of our representatives are currently busy with other customers" literally every single time. Buyer beware, don't fall for it like I did.

Horrible Customer Service Never Delivered my product to my address...Unable to reach anyone via phone or emailed. I filed a formal dispute against Fragrance Lovers.

My first order with FL My first order with FL. Wasn't sure if it was legit, but reviews were good. Happy to see the item was authentic, as described, and arrived within 5 days of placing my order...many places take longer. I will be ordering from them again.
