Hit and miss … I have used a lot of the products with hit and miss results. I like nourish, and pearl in the trio, not so much the pigment ones. The lip gloss is just ok, lipstick colours are horrible on me! Not enough variety in colours . Mascara and eyeliner and eyelash enhancer are all good. But the customer service is excellent, if I have had a problem it is quickly fixed. I would like to try the eye cream but to be honest it’s to expensive hopefully it will come on sale and I’ll look at it again .

Amazing product The mascara arrived quicker than I expected and free delivery. I am very pleased with the product. It does what it promised. After two coats my lashes looked thicker and longer and they lasted all day. I am over 60 and own lashes are getting thin and sparse so this mascara is a god send wothout paying a high price. Totally recommended

Beautiful products that are applied… Beautiful products that are applied easily and look as good at the end of the day as when I applied them in the morning. I have eye liner, mascara and eyebrow applications. I will continue to buy these!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Their products are crap. I have sent numerous emails to them and completed the contact form on their website regarding a refund. I Have had no response in over two weeks. I am seeking a refund but after reading others' reviews I cannot count on one. However, I disputed this through my bank who is investigating this.

Order placed November 24 Order placed November 24, 2023 but never arrived. Weeks went by and I emailed several times to Prime Prometics telling them I had not received my order and it must be lost. Finally in January they told me they would reorder my products. I was frustrated having to wait so long to receive my order. The second order came promptly.
