DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Their products are crap. I have sent numerous emails to them and completed the contact form on their website regarding a refund. I Have had no response in over two weeks. I am seeking a refund but after reading others' reviews I cannot count on one. However, I disputed this through my bank who is investigating this.

I can go on and on about Prime Prometics products because aside from PrimeLash, I've also started using the Eyeliner and the Brow product and they've been amazing to make me look and feel good.

Disappointed… Whilst I really like their products the delivery time is long and then not all items received. This is very disappointing as you look forward to using something and then it’s doesn’t arrive but states on the website that it has been delivered.
