GBDefinitely worth a try ! Hello ! I ordered the prime lash to give it a try after seeing much advertising. I believe I am something of a mascara expert having used absolutely hundreds over the years !! I’d definitely consider myself a skeptic , and not easily influenced on new products- But to cut to the chase , I fancied giving it a chance , and I’m so glad I did , delivery was around a week , and having tried it this morning, I’ve found it to be an excellent product which I would be happy to recommend, I am 63 , my usual mascara is Hourglass also a very good product - but more expensive So I will continue to use prime lash and hope that the long term effects are also beneficial as promised

CAOrder placed November 24 Order placed November 24, 2023 but never arrived. Weeks went by and I emailed several times to Prime Prometics telling them I had not received my order and it must be lost. Finally in January they told me they would reorder my products. I was frustrated having to wait so long to receive my order. The second order came promptly.

GBDON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Their products are crap. I have sent numerous emails to them and completed the contact form on their website regarding a refund. I Have had no response in over two weeks. I am seeking a refund but after reading others' reviews I cannot count on one. However, I disputed this through my bank who is investigating this.

GBTerrible Products & They Do Not Stand By their 30-Day Money Back Guarantee The Primelash and the Primebrow are horrible. These were the worst products I have every tried. The mascara made my lashes stick together so they looked thin and sparse. The Primebrow was was clumpy. After requested a refund, I received 50% because I spent over $100. So much for their 30-day money back guarantee. They lost a customer.
