I would like to give more stars but… I would like to give more stars but ........ Was excited to find these products and try them based on several reviews but am not going to be able to. I have the alpha-gal allergy and cannot get a good, clear, answer from the company. Their email folks say they are vegan but I can't find anywhere on their website that ACTUALLY states this. Also when someone specifically emails with direct questions on allergies simply saying yes we are please see our product pages is not good customer service. And those pages are not clear. Sadly won't be trying.

Scant amount of product in the eyeliner pen Having looked forward to receiving the eyeliner which arrived very quickly, I'm disappointed with it. I didn't find it glided on as per advert and the amount of eyeliner in the product is minimal. It came to the end of the eye liner very quickly and I could not get the pen to dispense anymore. I had barely used it. I have taken it apart to see if I could get anymore, and there is some more product there, but not a huge amount. I'm going to try and release it with a pin or something and hope it will work. Even so a scant amount of product for the price. Sadly, I won't be buying it again.

Order placed November 24 Order placed November 24, 2023 but never arrived. Weeks went by and I emailed several times to Prime Prometics telling them I had not received my order and it must be lost. Finally in January they told me they would reorder my products. I was frustrated having to wait so long to receive my order. The second order came promptly.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Their products are crap. I have sent numerous emails to them and completed the contact form on their website regarding a refund. I Have had no response in over two weeks. I am seeking a refund but after reading others' reviews I cannot count on one. However, I disputed this through my bank who is investigating this.
