Hit and miss … I have used a lot of the products with hit and miss results. I like nourish, and pearl in the trio, not so much the pigment ones. The lip gloss is just ok, lipstick colours are horrible on me! Not enough variety in colours . Mascara and eyeliner and eyelash enhancer are all good. But the customer service is excellent, if I have had a problem it is quickly fixed. I would like to try the eye cream but to be honest it’s to expensive hopefully it will come on sale and I’ll look at it again .

Everything I have purchased is so easy… Everything I have purchased is so easy to use and beautifully natural. Very happy for a non make-up user and I still look natural but moor polished. Thank you for giving products I can easily apply.

Disappointed… Whilst I really like their products the delivery time is long and then not all items received. This is very disappointing as you look forward to using something and then it’s doesn’t arrive but states on the website that it has been delivered.

I would like to give more stars but… I would like to give more stars but ........ Was excited to find these products and try them based on several reviews but am not going to be able to. I have the alpha-gal allergy and cannot get a good, clear, answer from the company. Their email folks say they are vegan but I can't find anywhere on their website that ACTUALLY states this. Also when someone specifically emails with direct questions on allergies simply saying yes we are please see our product pages is not good customer service. And those pages are not clear. Sadly won't be trying.

Definitely worth a try ! Hello ! I ordered the prime lash to give it a try after seeing much advertising. I believe I am something of a mascara expert having used absolutely hundreds over the years !! I’d definitely consider myself a skeptic , and not easily influenced on new products- But to cut to the chase , I fancied giving it a chance , and I’m so glad I did , delivery was around a week , and having tried it this morning, I’ve found it to be an excellent product which I would be happy to recommend, I am 63 , my usual mascara is Hourglass also a very good product - but more expensive So I will continue to use prime lash and hope that the long term effects are also beneficial as promised
