I have the alpha-gal allergy and cannot get a good, clear, answer from the company. Their email folks say they are vegan but I can't find anywhere on their website that ACTUALLY states this. Also when someone specifically emails with direct questions on allergies simply saying yes we are please see our product pages is not good customer service. And those pages are not clear. Sadly won't be trying.

Terrible Products & They Do Not Stand By their 30-Day Money Back Guarantee The Primelash and the Primebrow are horrible. These were the worst products I have every tried. The mascara made my lashes stick together so they looked thin and sparse. The Primebrow was was clumpy. After requested a refund, I received 50% because I spent over $100. So much for their 30-day money back guarantee. They lost a customer.
