GBTerrible Products & They Do Not Stand By their 30-Day Money Back Guarantee The Primelash and the Primebrow are horrible. These were the worst products I have every tried. The mascara made my lashes stick together so they looked thin and sparse. The Primebrow was was clumpy. After requested a refund, I received 50% because I spent over $100. So much for their 30-day money back guarantee. They lost a customer.

GBDisappointed… Whilst I really like their products the delivery time is long and then not all items received. This is very disappointing as you look forward to using something and then it’s doesn’t arrive but states on the website that it has been delivered.

GBBlue mascara is bone dry and difficult getting lash coverage. I begin by saying I love the black and brown mascaras and their sublime eye liners. BUT the blue mascara is bone dry, so dry it was difficult to get any lash coverage. It is very different to the other colours. A shame but I cannot recommend the blue mascara.

AUBeautiful products that are applied… Beautiful products that are applied easily and look as good at the end of the day as when I applied them in the morning. I have eye liner, mascara and eyebrow applications. I will continue to buy these!

GBI would like to give more stars but… I would like to give more stars but ........ Was excited to find these products and try them based on several reviews but am not going to be able to. I have the alpha-gal allergy and cannot get a good, clear, answer from the company. Their email folks say they are vegan but I can't find anywhere on their website that ACTUALLY states this. Also when someone specifically emails with direct questions on allergies simply saying yes we are please see our product pages is not good customer service. And those pages are not clear. Sadly won't be trying.
