SEChange subscription I have a subscription for Lava Art Glow and had it for some years now, like it so much. Now because the summer and sun is coming I need a darker colour. I contacted their customer support and got a quick answer from Divine that the product is changed and that I will get at darker colour in my next delivery. Thank you Lava Art for quick and good service

AUI was a massive fan of the Lavaart… I was a massive fan of the Lavaart foundation. But the customer service is shocking. I changed my address 5 times and they still sent to my old address. I don’t mind the foundation but it’s extremely expensive and lasts for 4 weeks until it expires. It’s minimal coverage. Good for summer. I’m going to cancel my subscription after my last box was delivered badly damaged. $70 for a refill. No thanks.

If you suddenly need more og less packages, or want them to ship the same day because you are short on stock, the customerservice will fix this for you in a second. Have the pleasure to have mer both France and Beatrixe in customerservice. Both stood out as very helpful and friendly. Therefore Top score on both product and customerservice👏🏻
