If you suddenly need more og less packages, or want them to ship the same day because you are short on stock, the customerservice will fix this for you in a second. Great customer care … My order from LavaArt was “stuck” on the continent of Europe & I’m on the island of Ireland so I got it touch with Divina @lavaart cosmetics. She informed me to get in touch with Deutche post which was near to impossible……… Within days of explaining this to Divina again…… voila …… my delivery arrived - I love it - Lava Art foundation is great to carry on a night out or as a daytime foundation- it’s a go to. 25N is my chosen shade and it covers beautifully. Though pricey & no need of a new case each time I’ll be back…..
