The team at Bench is making it easy for us to categorize our transactions, and all of our payment accounts are integrated with Bench. It takes me no more than 30 minutes every month to review everything. Our account leads are helpful, friendly, and prompt. I recommend Bench to other founders. One admin headache less!

Good value for money The service is good value for money and for the most part books are managed promptly. There are busy seasons when I'd like to see a faster turnaround, so that's an area that could improve. The team is easy to work with and make themselves available for calls which is particularly helpful for a new entrepreneur so I don't have to completely rely on messages but can speak to an actual person and ask questions. I would recommend Bench to small businesses and new entrepreneurs in particular. You get value for money.

Stay Away from Bench! Stay Away from Bench! Been with Bench for 3 years, they are always behind on the Bookeeping but this year is a joke. We submitted all documents Jan 5th and we still do have the 2023 books completed which caused us to file an extension. No communication from team despite multiple follow ups and no ETA provided. Bench was good when we started but we will be changing Bookeeping to someone who can be reliable. Hard to run a business if you can't get your books done within a reasonable time.
