Stay Away from Bench! Stay Away from Bench! Been with Bench for 3 years, they are always behind on the Bookeeping but this year is a joke. We submitted all documents Jan 5th and we still do have the 2023 books completed which caused us to file an extension. No communication from team despite multiple follow ups and no ETA provided. Bench was good when we started but we will be changing Bookeeping to someone who can be reliable. Hard to run a business if you can't get your books done within a reasonable time.

Good value for money The service is good value for money and for the most part books are managed promptly. There are busy seasons when I'd like to see a faster turnaround, so that's an area that could improve. The team is easy to work with and make themselves available for calls which is particularly helpful for a new entrepreneur so I don't have to completely rely on messages but can speak to an actual person and ask questions. I would recommend Bench to small businesses and new entrepreneurs in particular. You get value for money.

Fast, Accurate, Efficient I have worked with the team at Bench for both my bookkeeping and taxes for several years now and it has really made managing the financial side of my business a breeze! Everything that needs done is handled quickly and with very little need for me to get involved.

Use Bench if you like to pay $$$ for services and never receive them. It has been 4 months since I have received confirmation from Bench regarding refunds for tax and bookkeeping services they never finished or provided. I have not received any updates after reaching out multiple times and I have not received any refunds for services not completed. Still out $8K and can't get a response or refund. Stay as far away from Bench as you can.

Laurentiu at Bench is Amazing I've been in business for 11 years, and Laurentiu at Bench has been my favorite bookkeeper. He communicates well and always responds in a timely manner. He's been a joy to work with, and I trust him with my books. Also, Bench's system is very easy to use and I always recommend it to my fellow small business owners.
