GBAVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY - Notice to Fleet managers in the USA! You will regret it after the initial install if your account requires ANY SERVICE. Expect comical hand offs between SILOs of business units across the globe in call centers that actually can't even see each other systems. Be sure to write down your support cases when bouncing around the globe. Funny how a company that offers a tracking value proposition for important field assets but yet internally that can't even track their customers.

GBAbsolutely awful customer service Absolutely awful customer service. The only way to get to someone that *might* be able to answer your question is to wade through "Tier 1" support who know absolutely nothing and just read out of a manual that you can reference yourself. We made a huge mistake going with Verizon Connect.... trapped in a contract.

GBMark Robins was excellent Mark Robins was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He even took it in his stride when it was being explained to him about the problems we had had, as he could have taken it, that the anger was directed at him. He diffused the situation quickly and had us laughing. Then solved our problem for us. Thank you Mark.

AUGreat Customer Service Josh was great to deal with. Phoned to see how everything was going and followed up with an email with confirmation on what we had discussed and details to be able to contact him direct. Would have no problems with recommending Verizon Connect.
