The only way to get to someone that *might* be able to answer your question is to wade through "Tier 1" support who know absolutely nothing and just read out of a manual that you can reference yourself. We made a huge mistake going with Verizon Connect.... trapped in a contract.

USthe equipments/services never work. the equipments/services never work. Stay away- they lock you into a contract because they know nothing will work and they will be cancelled.
