AWFUL EXPERIENCE AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I was never told before buying the trackers that they can’t be hidden, that they have to be on the outside and the installation instructions were extremely difficult to follow. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Nice one Kendal!!! We run a fleet of vans and have always considered getting trackers but it always seemed to much upheaval. I decided the time had come to do it, braced myself for all the hassle and contacted four companies to choose from. Right from the start Kendal from Verizon stood out from the others. She explained everything quickly and clearly with no nonsense. She was very knowledgeable about how it all worked and was able to answer all my questions. The Verizon system seemed very good but was a bit more expensive than some others who I spoke to but I just felt able to trust Kendal and the product. Now we have it installed in 5 vans I'm delighted with it. Straight forward and easy to use, all good in fact. I'll be calling to get the rest of the fleet wired up soon. Amanda is the best!!! Amanda Collins is my go to girl at Verizon, nothing is ever a hassle for her, she jumps on to every request/issue I have straight away and I usually have a resoloution within 48 hours if not right then and there. Amanda regularly works magic for me always making sure I am getting the best possible deals when renewing contracts or ordering new products. Great customer service, great banter. Amanda is the best.
